The instructor was wonderful. He was
generous with his knowledge, patiently answering all questions even
if not directly related to the course subject. When I am ready for
the next course, I will try to take it with Bob. |

comfortable pace with time for questions and answers. Instructor is
personable and approachable which I consider definite pluses. I

Anybody who wants to know how Ebay
works should take a course with this kind man. I found him both good
with my specific questions and good at giving me the overall picture
